The Partnership
Launching in Cairo, Egypt for the 2024-25 academic year, Belvedere School aimed to transform its prestigious international reputation into a well recognized brand, overcoming the local challenges of market competition and strategic positioning.
In January 2023, ‘em embarked on a challenging and rewarding journey with Belvedere School, Cairo, as the institution prepared to launch for the 2024-25 academic year. Despite Belvedere’s established reputation in the UK and UAE, the school was virtually unknown in Egypt. The owners, with no prior experience in the educational sector, entrusted ‘em with the monumental task of introducing and establishing the brand in a highly competitive market.
Operating under a full exclusive marketing agreement, ‘em took charge of every aspect of the school’s branding and marketing, from conceptualizing the overall strategy to executing the finest details. With a clear vision and a strategic approach, we not only built the Belvedere School brand from scratch but also positioned it as an elite educational institution, achieving remarkable results in a short span of time.
