Bouchée, a French pastry shop based in Korba, Cairo, began as a small, friendly neighborhood coffee shop offering authentic French products. Our mission was to elevate Bouchée from a local favorite to a renowned F&B destination.
We crafted a strategy that not only doubled sales in the first year but tripled them in the second and quadrupled them in the third. Bouchée’s success was so profound that they expanded their original shop to another floor and are now launching two additional branches.
